I currently have an 2 to 3 week turnaround time, but I always provide preview images as soon as the next day following the shoot/session.

At this time, all photos are ready for you to download within the 2 to 3 week widow, but this is something we can discuss during the one hour consultation appointment.

The maximum size we’re able to accommodate is 84 inches in combined length and girth—meaning the length of the longest side plus the distance around the thickest part of your object can’t exceed 84 inches—and no more than 20 pounds in weight.

For example, if your product is a vase that’s 60 inches tall and 30 inches around its widest part, that’s 90 inches in combined length and girth, and would not be eligible for the service as it exceeds our maximum size of 84 inches.

We do offer the option of providing our product photography services at your location, but there is an additional cost towards travel. Though we are currently based in the Southeastern Oklahoma area and North Texas Metroplex, our clients have taken us across North America -- including the beautiful countryside of Canada.

When it comes to Real Estate photography it is already understood that travel is involved, and the cost for this is already included in the total that is given.

While on location, our camera bag will unveil mainly Cannon gear. We have our camera body itself, 3 different lenses to capture near and far (perfect for those blurred out focused images that really pack a punch), USB and memory cards, external flash drives, tripods, and multiple batteries and battery pack to stay charged throughout the duration of the event, shoot, or session. We also pack a few reflectors and lighting diffusers.

For Real Estate shoots, we also bring our laptop and tethering gear, as well as several trigger lights in order to capture that beautiful natural light look.

Also, for our product photography shoots, we just got our ESDDI Photo Studio Light Box Photography Lighting Kit, which includes adjustable brightness, portable folding hook, loop professional booth table top, and four color backdrops, which is perfect for those in-house product photo shoots -- when you're not able to come to our studio or send your products to us.

In addition to all that, while in our studio, we have several reflectors, studio strobes, box light kits, trigger lights, as well as many props to enhance the style of your photos.

As much as we’d like to, we unfortunately can’t control what happens to your product when it’s with the postal service or other shipping providers. We recommend choosing a shipping provider with reliable tracking and signature confirmation. If you’re concerned about shipping your product to us, remember that if you choose to have us ship your product back to you, we’ll use Priority Mail. Please make sure you’re comfortable with that before sending your item.

Our team does their best when shipping products back to you to make sure your items are safe and secure, but accidents do happen when dealing with shipping carriers. We do not keep original boxes and do our best to package items that keep them safe and secure. That being said, if you’re sending us fragile items or unique items that require special packaging, we highly suggest purchasing insurance and sending us pre-paid shipping labels to make sure your products are protected in transit. If you’re shipping us wine, please send us pre-paid shipping labels with the necessary insurance and shipping requirements. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items and cannot refund you for the cost of your products or the cost of shipping.

We mainly deliver all photos in a 1:1 aspect ratio since this is the best accepted style for most online use. We also deliver transparent PNGs so you can add your images to any background as needed.

If you are in need of a different aspect ratio that is something we can discuss during our initial consultation.

After delivering your photos, we’ll wait up to 7 days for any feedback or adjustments. After 7 days, we’ll either ship your products back or donate them, depending on what you selected during our consultation hour. If you want to order additional images of a product we already have, please let us know within 7 days.

*Influencer Marketing Relationships*

When it comes to an Influencer Marketing relationship (also referred to as a "Sponsorship" relationship) , products that are sent to an Influencer (or Photographer, such as us) is typically kept by the Influencer/Photographer for future promotional use, while other products are sent to the Influencer/Photographer throughout the course of the Sponsored relationship.

I allow my clients to print on their own, but I do offer my own printing packages if you choose to go through me.

You are given a Commercial Rights license to use the images in your online and offline advertising and marketing materials as long as it does not violate the Terms of Service that is provided at checkout. However, we do retain the right to use the images in our marketing materials and communications.

For jewelry and watches, we deliver high quality PNGs as well as JPEGs. All jewelry and watch images go through light color correction and minor retouching during post processing. We strive to make your products look as accurate as possible.

This Photo Studio Light Box kit, coupled with our state-of-the-art macro lenses, are perfect for producing quality product images.

We typically shoot all items on pure white background, without shadows. But if you want different background colors or shadows in order to create more of a punch and unique style, this is a customizable option that can be discussed in our one hour consultation appointment.

We do our best to deliver quality images the first time around each time we shoot, but occasionally there are details we can miss. If you need adjustments, please be as specific as possible as to what you want improved. What may seem obvious to you won’t necessarily be clear to one of our photographers who isn’t familiar with your product. Example images are very helpful even if they’re photos you’ve shot yourself. We’re only able to accommodate one round of reshoots and two rounds of retouching so please provide all feedback in the first round of requests.
